The Dreamer’s Garden.

8 weeks, 8 spells, One sacred return to yourself.

An 8-week immersion for the constant doers, caregivers, and overachievers who are ready to reprogram their relationship with rest, through the sacred practice of Yoga Nidra.

We begin September 14th.

You know this feeling.

As twilight settles over the day, you climb into bed, hoping for rest, yet your thoughts seem to follow you there.

Not because you forgot something or there’s one more thing to cross off the list,  but because your body has been carrying so much for so long that it has forgotten what it feels like to simply stop.

So you lie there.

Tracing winding paths. Listening to echoes of conversations. Gathering tomorrow’s possibilities. And in the quiet, a familiar whisper drifts through the night air:

I will rest when things calm down.

Yet the seasons keep turning and life continues to ask for all of you, all the time. After a while, you may begin to wonder whether “when things calm down” is a place that always remains just beyond the next bend.

You have tried the apps. The supplements. The bedtime rituals that worked beautifully for a few days before fading away. You may have even tried meditation and decided that your mind was too active. Too full of thoughts.

But you were never doing it wrong.

Your nervous system was simply following patterns it learned long ago—

To stay watchful. To stay prepared. To keep tending the garden long after dusk had fallen.

And when those patterns have guided you for years, rest can begin to feel distant, as though it belongs somewhere outside of you.

The Dreamer’s Garden is not another thing to do.

It is the first thing you’re being invited to simply receive.

What you are really longing for…

Yes, you want to sleep. But underneath that, something quieter is asking for more.

You want to feel patient with the people you love again. To move through your days without the low hum of overwhelm beneath everything. To stop feeling like you are rushing past your own life just to get to the end of the to-do list.

You want to feel like yourself again.

Rest is not the reward at the end of a productive life. It is the ground everything else grows from.

What shifts in this container rarely stays only at night. Weeks in, people find their days beginning to soften. Tasks feeling less like mountains. The extraordinary starting to show up again inside the ordinary.

This is what eight weeks of sacred rest can do. Not just for your sleep. For your whole way of moving through the world.

What exactly is the Dreamer’s Garden?

The Dreamer's Garden is an 8-week held container built around The Sleep Spell-Book, a series of eight Yoga Nidra transmissions delivered to your favourite podcast app each Monday evening.

Each Spell is 30-40 minutes, woven around a single guiding intention. Crafted to soften the mental noise, unwind the emotional residue, and gently retrain your body into safety at night.

For seven nights, that Spell becomes your bedtime ritual. You return to it as many times as feels right. You do not need to stay awake for it. You do not need to do it perfectly. You simply need to lie down and let yourself be guided.

Between Spells, you are held in community, a private sanctuary for reflection, connection, and the quiet reassurance that you are not walking this path alone.

We gather live three times across the eight weeks. Once at the beginning, to initiate the journey and set your intention together, again on week 4 to touch grass and reconnect, and once more at the end, to close the circle and integrate what has moved through you.

This is not a course.

It is a sacred vessel to help you return to the rest you have always deserved.

This is for you if…

  • You lie awake running tomorrow before today is even finished.

  • You are high-functioning and quietly exhausted in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who is not living it.

  • You are the one everyone else leans on, and you cannot remember the last time something held you.

  • You have tried to rest and felt guilty the entire time.

  • You have a spiritual side that craves ritual, depth, and something that feels sacred rather than clinical.

  • You are ready to stop waiting for life to slow down before you give yourself permission to rest.

What your mind might be saying right now...

You have been holding so much for so long.

The Dreamer's Garden is not asking more of you. It is eight weeks of something being held for you. Of being guided, week by week, spell by spell, back to the part of yourself that already knows how to rest.

She has not gone anywhere. She is just very tired.

If something in you recognised itself in these words, that recognition is worth listening to.

You are welcome here.  Exactly as you are.

As full and as tired as you are.
